Terms and Conditions

 

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Flamingo Florist will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Flamingo Florist 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

 

REFUNDS

As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our us on 02 4423 3511 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

 

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.

 

DELIVERIES

COVID 19 Deliveries: MONDAY -FRIDAY 9 am-5 pm

 

Normal delivery hours for Flamingo Florist are between 8 am and 6 pm Monday – Friday and between 9 am – 4 pm Saturday. Flamingo Florist offers same day delivery for orders submitted before 2.00 PM Monday to Friday if the receiver is within the 35 kms from Nowra CBD. If the order is made after these times, we will deliver the following day.

 

Flamingo Florist cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee it. As Flamingo Florist is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day.

 

SEASONALITY/ AVAILABILITY

Flowers, Plants and Hamper Items are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery. Flamingo Florist will make every effort to source the flowers, plants, and products as selected.


Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on www.flamingoflorist.com.au., by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.

 

You can generally expect your flowers to last 4-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.

 

5 steps that will help your flowers to last as long as possible:

  • Stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers and placed into a vase full of fresh water.
  • Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled full of fresh water.
  • Empty half the flower food pack proved with your flowers into the vase of water.
  • Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days using the 2nd half of the flower food packet provided.
  • Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight.
  • Keep the flowers away from drafts and air-conditioning.

If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days let us know within this time by calling (02) 4423 3511 or email at shop@flamigoflorist.com.au. Flamingo florist reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. Flamingo florist requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to our Team within 3 days of delivery.

 

To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivering of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.flamingoflorist.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it. The website is owned and operated by Flamingo Florist.
